The Help Center is intended to provide a self-service support option for our valued customers.
While we are in the process of building our Help Center and adding content, we'd like to make it available to you immediately so that you can look at the tickets you submitted to us in one place.
Once you are logged in, you'll see your name in the top right corner of the screen. In the dropdown menu under your name you can select "Requests" and you'll be able to see all your requests with their statuses, respond to them or mark them as solved.
